Richie Ortiz is a father of four, a small business owner and a church going family man who loves to ride. In 2017, Richie was diagnosed with Cholangiocarcinoma, a rare form of liver cancer. On May 26, 2017, surgeons removed 70% of his liver. Multiple surgeries and months of chemotherapy and radiation had taken a toll on Richie and his family.
During a follow-up, in September of 2018, Richie received more bad news and yet another 10% of his liver was removed. As Richie continues to Fight the Fight, his friends and family struggle to help. Being a self-employed small business owner, the financial strain of all the surgeries, chemotherapy and radiation has hit the Ortiz family hard and we need to help.
