CHILI COOKOFF RULES:
No entry fee, but space is limited.
Contestants may enter 1 batch of chili.

• No on-site cooking. All ingredients must be cooked prior to the event – chili is to be brought ready to eat. Crock pots or chafing dishes are recommended to keep your chili hot for judging/tasting. An electrical outlet will be available for each entry.
• Contestants are responsible for supplying all their own serving utensils and condiments. Spoons and cups will be provided for tasting.
• Each chili submission will be assigned a number.
• People's Choice Award will be based on public voting. A judges panel will decide the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place prize winners.
• Each contestant is responsible for cleaning up the area at the end of the day. There will not be an area for cleaning of dishes.
